Deposit and Final payment
In order to book your party, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to reserve your event date. The remaining balance of your party is due prior to services being rendered. Taxes are not included in the party package price shown. A 15% service charge is added to your party and 18% for events of 15 children or more and Glamour, Spa, Girl Scout and Groupon parties.
In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or an unforeseen emergency, we reserve the right to cancel an event and offer an alternative party date. Should adverse weather conditions arise or be anticipated that would make it inadvisable to conduct an event on a date when Kidden Around otherwise remains open, we have the option to cancel/postpone/reschedule the event based on mutual availability of both parties to a later date, but if client is postponing within 2 weeks (14 calendar days) of the original party date, the invoice must be paid in full at that time.
Parties canceled by the client on or after the two-week mark (14 calendar days) are obligated to pay the remaining balance in full. If on the 15-21 calendar day mark, clients are obligated to pay 50% of the remaining balance.
Final Guest List
The amount of invited guests are to be given to us upon booking the party. We will need a final guest list 3 days (72 hours) before the party. If we are told to include a guest and they do NOT attend, the cost is your responsibility. Similarly if unexpected guests arrive we are happy to accommodate them provided we have enough crafts, pizza etc., but additional charges will apply.
We kindly ask that you monitor disruptive behavior and attend to any child that does not participate. This will help us provide the best party experience for your party.
For Glamour and Spa parties, we do not cut or trim nails. All guests must attend with clean nail and have existing polish removed prior to arriving. The party is for entertainment purposes only, we are not licensed cosmetologists. We will provide you with great service and quality products.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party start time.

Kidden Around is not liable for allergic reactions, injuries or illness occurring before, during or after attending the party, weekly activity or special event at Kidden Around. All costumes, decorations and supplies stay at Kidden Around after the event is over. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian hosting the party, to supervise the children, keeping them under control during the party. In case of lost or damage of an Kidden Around equipment, furniture or party items caused by a party guest, intentional or unintentional, the parent or guardian hosting the party, will be responsible for the monetary reimbursement of that item.
